Job Title: District Operations Manager

Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area.

Description:  

Watermill Express, LLC, the nation's largest self-service water vending company, is seeking a District Operations Manager to join the operations team in our DFW market. The qualified candidate will enjoy being very hands-on while also managing aspects of the day-to-day operations of the market. The qualified individual must be able to work independently and motivate other personnel. Requirements for this position include:

• Excellent communication skills with a minimum of 3 years management experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Ability to perform basic mechanical type skills
• Knowledge of electrical processes and ability to perform basic electrical work
• Proficient at computer use to include proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of the local area and market considerations.
• Good physical condition.
• Must have ability to hire, train and supervise employees.
• Retail experience or multi-unit work experience is a plus for this opportunity.
• Understanding of the Hispanic marketplace in the DFW area.
• Must have clean motor vehicle record and valid drivers license.
