The founders of Watermill Express created the Daily Service Foundation in 2005; its mission is to help support children and families in need around the world. To date, the Daily Service Foundation has purchased hospital equipment including emergency and intensive care beds, medicines, shoes, clothing, school supplies for children in the Rio Grande Valley, food & personal belongings for victims of Hurricane Katrina and back to school backpacks given out at area hospitals.

The Daily Service Foundation is also a proud supporter of Living Water International. Water-related disease is the single largest killer of infants in developing countries and is responsible for nearly half of all health related problems throughout the countries. In an effort to combat these devastating statistics, the Daily Service Foundation through Living Water International have built 10 water wells in the Amazon, which provide safe, clean water for the community. Clean water will build a stronger foundation, economic growth and most importantly a healthier life for these communities
